2, When will my order be shipped?
Please check the lead time on the product page.
3, How long does it take to receive my order?
The order will normally be delivered in 1-2 days after the shipment, depending on your region. The tracking information will be provided once available.
4, Shipping rates
We ship all our products with ice packs in a Styrofoam box.
The flat rate is $50.
5, Where do you ship?
We only ship within the US and Puerto Rico. We do have distributors in many other countries. If you are located outside the US, feel free to contact your local distributor to place the order. Click here to find the distributor in your country.
6, Payment method
A 6% Maryland sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Maryland unless the Exemption Certificates for Sales Tax is provided. Please send the Certificate to email@example.com
We accept purchase orders (PO) and other major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express).

8, Can I cancel the order?
For in-stock products, orders can be canceled without any charge before shipment. Once the order is shipped, a restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be charged, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For other products, orders can be canceled without any charge within 24 hours once the order is placed. After 24 hours, a certain cancellation fee will be charged. You shall contact our Customer Service for the cancellation fee.

9, What should I do if I have problems with Cusabio products?
Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems or questions when using Cusabio products, and our tech support team will assist you within 24 hours. If you find our product is not working as described on the datasheet, please contact us before the product expiration date, fill out the claim form and send it to email@example.com. This would allow us to troubleshoot. If there are any quality issues, we will either replace the product or credit your account with the full purchase price (product value and S&H fee). Replacement shipping is absolutely FREE. This offer only applies for products purchased directly from Cusabio and its authorized distributors.
10, Return Policy
Upon receipt of your order, you shall check carefully on the items in the order and contact with us within 7 days to report any shortage, damages or wrong items. Otherwise, it will be considered as accepted items. In an unlikely event that Cusabio incorrectly placed your order, we will send you the correct product without any charge. All returns must be approved by Cusabio before shipping. Items must be kept properly before returning and shipped in the same condition as dispatched. In the case of purchasing error or change in an order after the order has been shipped, the wrong items must be returned in the unopened and properly stored condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Upon receipt of returned items, Cusabio will charge a 20% restocking fee and credit the rest of the product value to the buyer's account.
